Kanji Laundry will pick up, clean and deliver your laundry right to your door for a flat fee of C$1.20 per pound, plus applicable sales taxes (Save over 11.0% off the regular price). The minimum weight for each laundry bag is 15 pounds.
Our staff will carefully separate, wash, dry and fold all of your laundry and ensure that any special instructions are followed diligently. Garment tags attached to articles of clothing are followed to ensure that the proper treatment is provided to all orders. This includes hand washing, cold washing, flat drying, line drying and drying at low settings.
The total cost of your order will be calculated on the weight of all items cleaned. Personal clothing, bedding, towels, comforters, duvet covers, cushion covers, blankets and anything else that you wish to have cleaned can be placed in your Kanji Laundry bag(s), the first of which will be brought to you on your first pickup. The cost of each bag is C$10.00 each, plus applicable sales taxes.

All dry cleaning clients are required to purchase a Kanji Laundry clothing bag on their first pickup for C$5.00, plus applicable sales taxes.

All sewing clients are required to purchase a Kanji Laundry clothing bag on their first pickup for C$5.00, plus applicable sales taxes, unless they have already purchased one to process dry cleaning orders.

» Depositing Money
You can deposit money in your account either online with a MasterCard, VISA, Discover, Diners Club or American Express credit card or by giving cash to our driver on any scheduled pickup or delivery. Whenever you transact with Kanji Laundry, we will debit your account for the appropriate amount.
» Account History
At any time, you can view your complete account history and view/print invoices for all previous orders.
» Client Referral Program
Kanji Laundry offers you C$10.00 worth of account credit for each new user that signs up to use our services and cites your referral code during the sign up process. This section will allow you to track referrals and see how many clients you have introduced to Kanji Laundry.
