Kanji Laundry, Inc. (http://www.kanjilaundry.com) allows its registered clients to have funds deposited in their personal Client Account by cash or credit card. This capability enables each client to maintain a declining balance as they process orders for all Kanji Laundry products and services. It is important that all clients understand our no-return policy with regards to funds deposited in a Client Account. Once a client has deposited funds by cash or credit card, Kanji Laundry acknowledges the transaction as a one-time conversion of real money into Kanji money. For that reason, Kanji Laundry does not offer refunds of money deposited in any Client Account.
At any time, a client may request that their remaining account balance, or a portion of that balance, be transferred to the Client Account of another Kanji Laundry client. To do so, please email help@kanjilaundry.com and a Kanji Laundry representative will contact you to carry out the transaction.
Also, please note that Kanji Laundry reserves the right to revise its pricing structure of any existing products or services with a minimum of three days' notice to all registered clients.
